1. What type of websites do you build?
We build simple, clean, and mobile-friendly custom websites for small businesses, personal brands, creatives, shops, service providers, and organisations. Our websites are best for showing your services, contact details, products, portfolio, or business information online.
2. Do you build online stores with payment systems?
Not by default. We can create catalogue-style websites where customers view products or services and contact you through WhatsApp. Full online checkout, payment systems, customer accounts, inventory systems and dashboards are quoted separately or may require a more advanced setup.
3. Can customers order through WhatsApp?
Yes. We can add WhatsApp buttons or product enquiry buttons so customers can message you directly. For catalogue websites, we can also set up product or service cards that guide customers to contact you through WhatsApp.
4. Do I need to have all my content ready before we start?
It is best to have your main content ready before the project starts. This includes your business name, logo, services, prices, photos, contact details and any text you want on the website. If you do not have everything ready, we can still guide you on what is needed.
5. Do you provide domain names and hosting?
Domain names and hosting are usually paid separately by the client. We can guide you on what to buy and help connect your domain and hosting to the website. If you want us to manage the setup for you, this can be included or quoted separately.
6. How long does it take to build a website?
The timeline depends on the size of the website and how quickly content and feedback are provided. A simple website can usually be completed faster than a larger catalogue or business website. The expected timeline will be discussed before the project starts.
7. Do you offer website maintenance after launch?
Yes. We offer monthly maintenance for small updates, content changes, checks and support after the website is live. Larger changes, new pages, redesigns or new features may be quoted separately.
8. Can I request changes after the website is completed?
Yes. Each project includes a limited number of revision rounds. After those revisions are used, extra changes may require an additional fee depending on the amount of work needed.
9. Will my website work on phones?
Yes. We build websites to be mobile-friendly so they can work properly on phones, tablets and desktop screens.
10. Do you help with SEO?
Yes, we include basic SEO setup such as page titles, descriptions, headings and clean page structure. Advanced SEO, blog writing, ongoing ranking work and full marketing campaigns are not included by default.
11. What do I need to start a project?
You can start by sending your business name, the type of website you want, the pages or sections you need, your contact details, your photos or logo if available, and examples of websites you like. We will then guide you from there.
12. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, most projects require a deposit before work starts. The balance is paid according to the agreed payment plan. Work, files or final handover may be paused until required payments are made.
